Nanjangud
// March 20, 2005 (more •)I am back after a long long break. Not that I had stopped shooting. Only a temporary lack of motivation in updating the website. I'll start off from where I left. These are photos from last year's trips.
The Nanjundeshwara Temple at Nanjangud in Karnataka is as old as a thousand years. It is considered one of the most important pilgrim centers in South India. This huge temple complex on the banks of the Kapila river is dedicated to Lord Shiva (Nanjundeshwara).&t;/p>

In the above crop, you can see the details of the seven storeyed Rajagopuram of the temple. And below, some very old idols inside the temple on display. Not particularly sharp photos. That's because there is very low light inside the temple.

Nice additions. I love the way you crop the picture to make them even better. I need to learn the art of cropping.

P.S.: Can we have 'lable' for 'Remember Me' checkbox text?
